Moimoi, plantain and scrambled egg with pap

Soak the beans for 10 mins, wash to separate the chaf. Rinse with clean water. Blend with tatashi, peper, ginger, garlic and onions till is smooth. Add groundnut oil, salt and Maggi cubes to taste, wrap with foil paper or leave. Cook for 40 minutes.

Peel off the plantain cover and cut in smaller sizes, salt and fry in a hot oil on a pan. Fry and turn till its brown. Remove and wait for plating.

Break the egg, add a little salt and mix. Hot ur pan and pour into it. Keep turning till is cooked. Remove and plate both egg, plantain and moimoi.

Boil hot water. Melt the pap with little cold water. Add the hot water and stir till it thickens. Add sugar and milk mix together and plate
