This crunchy and crispy dry snack is popular authentic Gujarati cusine and you can relish during breakfast or with afternoon tea.
Steps

In mixing bowl add maida or wheat flour,besan, turmeric powder,carrom seeds,oil,ghee & salt.Mix and add little water to make tight dough.

Make 12 equal balls. Roll each ball with help of rice flour into 6" thin roti(try to roll out as thin as possible). Prepare all similarly.

First half roast(without oil) each prepared thepla on both sides on tawa on slow flame. Similarly prepared all. Keep aside.

Now again place half roasted thepla on tawa,apply little oil on both sides,roast it by pressing with wooden block on slow flame on both sides till light pink in colour and cripsy. Similarly prepared all theplas.

Store in Airtight container. Serve/ Relish Cripsy Mangroli Thepla for nutritious morning breakfast with hot milk, tea or coffee.
