Heat 1 tspn oil in a pan and roast vermicelli for 2 to 3 mins

In another pan heat 4 to 5 spoon full oil and crack mustard seeds curry patta, chopped green chilli

Add chopped onion, carrot tomato one by one

Saute it well add salt and all spices mentioned above and cook it

When vegetables cooked add 1 cup water and roasted vermicelli

In slow flame cook

When excess water absorbed add lemon juice and 1 tspn sugar and sprinkle Coriander leaves
