Take a large thick bottomed pan for milk,heat the milk on medium flame

Boil the milk and reduce it to half

When milk turned to thickness after then add 1teaspoon lemon juice and mix well keeping on low flame

Now add sugar

Milk thickness and turns slightly golden brown also the milk mixture starts to separte pan

Now add elachi powder and mix well

Trasfer the milk mixture to greased steel vessel and garnish with chopped pistachios
- 8
Allow to cool in 4 hours
