Heat oil in a wok.Add the Cumin and mustard seeds.When they splutter add the Semolina and keep stirring till a nice aroma comes out.Remove the mixture in a bowl.

Add the grated Beetroot and the curd.Also add salt.Mix and rest for 15 minutes.

Add water to adjust the consistency of the idli batter.Finally add the fruit salt or baking soda and stem the idlis in a steamer for 15-20mins.

Serve these healthy and tasty idlis with sambhar.
