Parboil rice, washed and mix it with enough turmeric, seasoning cubes, mivina spices, Benny spices and salt to taste. Add little water and cook until almost done, allow the water to dry completely.

Heat oil in pan and fry chicken. Set aside

Heat a little oil in a pot, fry all the veggies, diced liver, add seasoning cubes, some mivina spice, Benny spices and salt

Now mix all the fried veggies with half done rice and allow to simmer for about 3mins
