In a bowl sperate your sardines from its oil.

Add your chopped onions, scotch bonnet, garlic, sardines and your seasonings in a pan.Fry on low heat for 3-5 minutes.

Boil your eggs chopped and add into your sardines mixture.

Spread your mayonnaise on each slice of your bread.
- 5
Spread your sardines mixture on one bread slice and top with another sliced. Repeat same to the rest bread slice.

Toast and serve hot hot.
