Ingredients

  • 250 grplain flour
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 2eggs
  • 250 mlmilk
  • Butter for pan
  • 1/2 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine the flour, salt, baking powder in a mixing bowl

  2. 2

    Add the milk to make the batter

  3. 3

    Preheat poffertjespan and brush some butter in the holes

    Using a bottle or a piping bag, fill the holes about half and turn over after one minute.

  5. 5

    Take them out when slightly browned
