Boil beef properly and set aside

Wash Ugu leaves thoroughly, shread into tiny pieces

Put oil (groundnut oil or red oil) on fire, heat for 3 mins, pour in your diced onions, followed by crayfish then Ugu leaves. Allow to cook for 5 mins

Season with knor cubes, pepper then pour in ur beef and stock, stir thoroughly but on very low heat. Allow to seamer for another 3 mins. Vegetable sauce is ready for ur rice
