  • 250 gmsbaingan/brinjal
  • 1potato
  • to tastesalt and red chilli
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcumins
  • 2 tbspoil

  1. 1

    Heat oil add cumins,add baingan and potato.

    Add spice and cover it.

  3. 3

    Cook till both sides become soft,serve with roti and paratha.
