Peel the potatoes and cook them in boiling water with a generous pinch of salt (do not overcook). Once cooked, cut them into medium-sized cubes.

Slice the peppers into strips.

Cut the onion into thin slices.

In a hot pot, add a little oil. Add the steak and the beef bouillon cube.

Add the onion.

Once the onion turns slightly translucent, add the pepper strips.

Add the potatoes, salt to taste, stir, and let simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.

Serve in tortillas with your favorite salsa.
