Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgamla
  2. 1/2 kgsugar
  3. 1/2 litrewater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take 1/2 kg Amla and give Josh or one whistle

  2. 2

    Remove the seed

  3. 3

    Take kadai or frying bowl add 1/2 litre water add sugar as it dissolves add pieces of amla

  4. 4

    Cook it till it turns into 1 string syrup

  5. 5

    Remove from the flame and store it
