Ingredients

1/2 cupcoconut oil
1/2 cupcocoa powder not sweet
1/4 cuphoney
1/4 cupcoconut shredded not sweet

Over medium heat heat honey with coconut oil do not boil
2

Add the cocoa powder and mix well add the coconut shredded and mix
3

Using mold fill it up and freeze I end up with the 14 heart full and,each heart was 1/2 tablespoon full enjoy
