Oat cereal

This is a easy recipe I found to make some simple oat cereal. I noticed there wasn't much in the cereal department on the website so I thought I'd give it a go.

Cut down on Mountain bowls cerealMeal prep for kids Cut down on Mountain bowls cerealMeal prep for kids
I tend to do this when my kids start making mountains with their cereal bowls and in the summer so I can sleep in some more as I have an early bird ..with states closing school, and stores can’t keep up on stocking right now. I wanted to share this tip . I found this on Pinterest years ago . It was for toddlers to help get more independent, but I have pre teens who like to eat me out of house and home . This is a good tip for special needs household as well. Can even have the kids do their own meal prep . Not to waste the bags , the bags get reused. After the kid makes the cereal bowl the bag goes back in the big ziplock bag for next time , for some kids this is a hard step to remember. I did 5 days at a time you can do more or less . More cereal can be added that’s just the amount I used , and each one is measured out so the kids don’t fight well he got more than me ... and did the same cereal .. you do you. I hope this is helpful to people. Would like to see pictures if you try it out.... it also saves money lol! 🌈NinjaMommaKitchen🌈 -
