Clean the fish before spreading the beer, oyster sauce and soy sauce on the fish.

Cut ginger chunks and place under the fishing a steaming bowl

Mix 3 table spoon of pickled chillies with finely chopped spring onion white part sea food soya sauce and sugar in a bowl.

Spread the pickled chillies on the fish before putting the finely cut the green part of spring oinon on top.

Heat the sesame oil in a small pot at high temperature before pouring on the fish.

Steam for 10 to 12 min
