1Mission soft tortillas (large)
1ration of bacon or half of a chorizo sausage
1potato
butter
1/2tomato
1egg
1/4bell pepper
1/4red onion
to tastefeta cheese
to tastecilantro
to tastesalt and pepper
to tasteFrank's hot sauce

Dice the sausage or bacon in a pan and fry
2

Remove sausage or bacon from frying pan and place in tortilla
3

Shred potato into frying pan with bacon or sausage grease
4

Once the potato is brown add to tortilla
5

Add butter into frying pan and then scrabble egg and then add to tortilla
6

Dice all vegetables and then add to tortilla
7

Add feta cheese, cilantro and salt and pepper to tortilla
8

Add Frank's hot sauce to tortilla
9

Wrap tortilla and place in sandwich press until brown
