Ingredients

20 mins
6 servings
  1. 250 gspiral pasta
  2. 1 litrewater
  3. 2scallion chopped
  4. 1LG tomato deseeded and diced
  5. 1small tin sweet corn
  6. 1 tspparsley
  7. 1/3 cupyour favourite salad dressing (I used hellmanns fat free vinaigrette)
  8. to tastesalt n pepper
  9. 1/2 tspsweet paprika (optional)

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Boil water,add pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes

    Chop scallion, tomato and drain sweet corn set aside.

  3. 3

    Drain pasta, add veggies, dressing, and seasonings mix well (I add dressing to hot pasta as it soaks it up giving each piece of pasta flavour)

    Now pour out in a serving bowl and dig in 🍴
