Ingredients

15 minutes
  • 1/2 (1 pack)puff pastry
  • Chedar cheese as desired
  • 1egg yolk for brushing

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Prepare the puff pastry. Make sure they are soft enough.

  2. 2

    Grate the cheese. Add them on top of the pastry. As much as you like.

  3. 3

    Roll it out. Cut the pastry.

  4. 4

    Brush with some egg yolk. Add some more cheese.

  5. 5

    Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°c.

    Serve.
