Get your fish, if its not cut, cut in parts, rinse thoroughly with water.

Squeeze some lime juice, add grounded scotch bonnet and onion, add seasonings nd spices, add soy sauce and mix together
3

Get ur pan, add oil. Shallow fry add grounded scotch bonnet and little more of soy sauce and fry until both sides are fried
4
