Make your mashed potatoes. Peel, chop, boil in salted water. Mash. Leave to cool. Once cooled, add oregano, salt to taste if needed, egg and a sprinkle of flour. Knead to make a dough

Once it's all mixed well, heat oil in a large pan. Shape into little balls and deep fry until golden brown, turning frequently

Drain on kitchen paper and serve :)
