Mix the ground beef with the egg, breadcrumbs, milk, parsley, and salt to taste. Shape into balls and coat them with breadcrumbs.

In a large pot, sauté the carrots and bell peppers. When they start to soften, add the onion.

Once the vegetables are sautéed, add the crushed garlic and white wine. Let the alcohol evaporate.

Add the tomato sauce, carefully place the meatballs in the pot, cover with water, and add salt to taste.

Simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

(Optional) If using a pressure cooker, cook on the stew setting for 10 minutes.
