Ingredients

  • 8-10kofte
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteRed chilli
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 2 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 cupbuttermilk
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 tspcarom

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil add carom and let it splutter

  2. 2

    Now mix all spices in buttermilk and pour in pan,keep stirring otherwise it curdled

  3. 3

    Add 2 cups water and let it boil on low flame,place kofta and cook for 5 minutes and serve.
