Ingredients

3servings

3 slicesbread
Diced onion
Diced carrot
Diced pepper
Veg oil
Salt
Maggi
3eggs

Get ready your ingredients

Break three eggs in three small containers,add salt nd Maggi den whisk,set aside

Stir fry your veggie, fry till halfdone and separate the veggie from oil and put in a bow,set aside

Now,center cut the slices of bread, set aside

Place a pan of one 1tbsp of veg oil on a very low heat,place d bread on it,spread the veggies at d center nd pour one egg mixture, then allow it halfdone then flip to the other side,cover with d cut out square bread press with ur flat spoon,allow d bread to toast.Do the remaining two breads like that
