Spicy sprouts masala sandwich

Take a non stick pan.add oil, Cumin seeds,saute onions and garlic Ginger paste.

Now add tomatoes, sprouted moong gram,and spring onion greens, chilliand toss for a while

Now add mashed potatoes & add all masalas

Add turmeric,cumin powder,Chaat masala,pav bhaji masala, red chilli, salt and mix well

Cook for a minute

Take 4 bread slices.cut the sides

Apply the filling on the bread slices.top with bellpeppers sliced and green onion

Put a tsp of butter on grill pan.and toast the sandwich till crisp & brown from both sides

Serve with Beetroot salad & ketchup
