A very healthy one pot meal recipe with lots of veggies and dal and rice from south India.
Steps

Collect all ingredients in a place
- 2
Take oil in a pressure cooker add Mustard seeds and peanuts and asafoetida,turmeric powder and saute. Add veggies, red chilli powder and garam masala and mix well
- 3
Add dal, Soaked rice, tamrind pulp, jaggery, salt and 2-3 cups of water and pressure cook for 3 whistles. Note: water and dal quantity is more than rice in proportion to make the rice in flowing batter consistency.

Ready to serve with ghee..
