Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1/2 cupcocoa
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 qtmilk (whatever your preference)
  • 2 cupshot, strong coffee
  • 1/2 pt.chocolate ice cream
  • whip cream (if desired)
  • shaved chocolate (if desired)

Steps

  1. 1

    In large saucepan w/ whisk, stir cocoa & sugar.

  2. 2

    Over medium heat, add milk until blended.

  3. 3

    Add the 2 cups hot, strong coffee while mixing. Then remove from heat.

  4. 4

    Ladle into 6 (8oz) mugs. Top each w/ spoonful of ice cream, whip cream & chocolate shavings. Enjoy!!
