6 servings

1/2 cupcocoa
1/2 cupsugar
1 qtmilk (whatever your preference)
2 cupshot, strong coffee
1/2 pt.chocolate ice cream
whip cream (if desired)
shaved chocolate (if desired)

In large saucepan w/ whisk, stir cocoa & sugar.

Over medium heat, add milk until blended.

Add the 2 cups hot, strong coffee while mixing. Then remove from heat.

Ladle into 6 (8oz) mugs. Top each w/ spoonful of ice cream, whip cream & chocolate shavings. Enjoy!!
