Vegetarians come ye all. This is a lazy meal yet will ooze your taste buds. One word exemplary!!

Put all your ingredients together

In a saucepan, heat oil till framing and add the pre-cooked noodles. Deep fry them into small bunches till crispy.

Remove from the heat and transfer to another bowl. Drain excess oil.

In a wok, add oil, garlic, green capsicum, carrots, beans, salt and white pepper and saute for 2 minutes.

Add the cabbage and reduce the amount of heat. Simmer for 2-3 minutes while stirring till crunchy.

Add tomato sauce /ketchup and stir gently. Saute for 2 minutes and then remove from the heat.

Garnish with spring Onions, coriander and ground nuts or nuts of your choice.
