My oldest daughter cut the tip of her finger and had to go to the walk-in clinic, so I had to finish cooking the birthday Celebration dinner. By the way it has been a crazy year so far!!!

Ingredients

1 poundground beef
1 cupall purpose flour
2 teaspoonsgranulated garlic powder
2 teaspoonsgranulated onion powder
1 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonground black pepper
2-1/2 quartsbeef broth
1/2 cupall purpose flour

Steps

Brown the beef, add the spices. Add the cup of flour and stir in. Cook for 4 minutes stirring often.

On high heat, Add the broth and stir. When you get it boiling stir allowing to simmer for 10 minutes. Add the half cup of flour to thicken up. Simmer 7 minutes.
