Ingredients

  • 4bread slice
  • 1 cupchopped mixed veggies (onion, bell peppers, carrot cabbage)
  • 4tblspn veg mayonese
  • As per tasteSalt and black pepper
  • 1 tsporegano
  • 4 tbsp green chutney
  • As requiredSauce for serving
  • SomeButter for grilling the bread

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix well all the chopped veggies, mayonnaisesalt,black pepper, and oregano.

  2. 2

    Apply chutney on 2 bread slices. Spread the veg Mayo mix and sandwich the bread slice.

  3. 3

    Repeat with 2nd sandwich.

  4. 4

    Apply butter on both the upper sides of sandwich and grill them till nice and crisp.

  5. 5

    Serve with tomato ketchup.
