Ingredients

  • 1 glassrice
  • 1potato
  • 1onion
  • 100 gmatar / peas
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • as per tasteRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 2 glasswater
  • 1 tbspghee/oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a cooker add oil and cumin seeds.

  2. 2

    Add chopped onion, potato and matar,saute for 3 minutes,add salt, turmeric powder,red chilli powder and mixed it very well.

  3. 3

    Add rice and 2 glass water,Cook for 2 whistles,Now ready to serve namkeen rice.
