Mix all three flours with Jeera and salt and then add curd and mix agn now add fruit salt to form a semi thick liquid now add chopped onions a little coriander and chillies if required..

Now take a non scick pan and heat with few drops of oil and pour the batter a little..Roast till crisp on both sides as shown in pic...Your Dosa is ready to relish with a chutney or sauce..or just like that..
