Soak white chana in to water fr the whole night

Boil white chana in a pressure cooker by adding salt and baking soda

Steam for 1/2 hour and cook it well

Now make a paste of onion,,tomato,,green chilli and ginger garlic

Now cook paste for few minutes add dry masalas

Now add bolied chana into it and mix it well our chana is ready to serve

Now make a dough of maida by adding soda water,salt,baking soda and leave it fr 1 hour

Now make small balls and make a thin poori and deep fry in to hot oil

Our chole bhature is ready to serve

Now serve wth salad or green chutney
