Every year my family always makes meat balls for new year. Cause there's a saying that if tou eat rounded foods before new year.. You will get lucky for the next year.. Haha (a chinese tradition) but well, just enjoy!:)

Every year my family always makes meat balls for new year. Cause there's a saying that if tou eat rounded foods before new year.. You will get lucky for the next year.. Haha (a chinese tradition) but well, just enjoy!:)

Mix ground pork, soysauce, garlic, egg, carrots, mushrooms, and salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.

Scoop a spoonful of the mixture and roll it with your hands yo create a ball. (Size can be upto you.) place it on a plate.

Heat the deep frying pan.. Then put oil. Heat for 2-4 mintutes.

Drop the meatballs and cook for 5-8 minutes. Or until the meatballs turn golden brown.

Strain the oil from meatballs in a kitchen towel. Let it cool for 1 minute. Served with ketchup or mayo. Enjoy.
