Heat up the milk and vinegar and mix till curdles and strain the water

Mix gulab jamun powder and cornflour in the Chhena mix and make a smooth dough

Wash and cut all the vegetables

Blend the vegetables one by one in the mixer grinder and make crush of them

Now divide the Chhena in five different parts

Take the first part add strawberry crush,in second part add beetroot crush, in the third part add orange crush and 2 pinch turmeric

In the fourth part add purple cabbage crush and in the fifth part add peace crush

In this way your five different colourful doughs are ready

Now take a little dough from each dough and form small balls of gulab jamun

Fry these balls on medium heat

Heat of the water in a vessel at sugar and make sugar syrup

Add elaichi powder in the sugar syrup

After frying add these balls directly into the sugar syrup
- 14
Keep it in the sugar for one hour so that they should be soft

Decorate it with the cut Pistachio and serve as per your choice
