Got all my ingredients ready and discovered I was out of vegetable oil. Well, I used what was available amongst the ingredients. Sardine oil in place of vegetable oil for fried egg.

Got all my ingredients ready and discovered I was out of vegetable oil. Well, I used what was available amongst the ingredients. Sardine oil in place of vegetable oil for fried egg.

Get all ingredients washed and diced nicely

If you are skeptical about using the sardine oil, you could drain and use vegetable oil. I uses the sardine oil for this recipe. Pour the sardine oil into a dry pan, pour in the sardines and allow to fry a little

Add chopped onions and garlic into the pan and a seasoning and stir

Pour in the cabbage, tumeric powder, pepper and stir
- 5
Add some salt to the eggs and beat, add to the mix too. Stir till done and its ready.
