Cut and wash fish pieces

Then put little turmeric powder and salt to the fishes and give it a well mix and keep aside.

Now making of mustard paste __

Mustard seeds and salt soaked in water for a few minutes, then put in the small jar of blender with adding green chilli and one teaspoon oil then blend it and keep aside,

Now heat the pan add the mustard oil in the pan when it is heated properly add the fish pieces,

Fry both sides and keep aside,

Put more mustard oil in the pan,

When properly heated add the jeera, after crackles the jeera add the onion paste to the pan,

Add the turmeric powder, and red chilli powder keep stirring

When oil evaporates, add the green chilli, add the dry roasted masala, give it a well mix,

Now put the required water in the pan and keep boiling,add the salt, cover with the lid, after few minutes remove the lid and quick stir to the gravy,

Now put the mustard paste in the pan,mix it after boiling, turn off the heat tasty fish curry is ready,
