  • Mug water per person

15 mins
  1. 1

    Rinse rice in cold water and drain.

    Add boiling water and rice to a pan. Get the water simmering.

    Once simmering, cover and leave untouched until the water evaporates. This is a great time to admire the sunset.

    When the water has evaporated, serve!
