Ingredients

  • 1 bowlgram flour (Besan)
  • 1chopped onion
  • 2chopped green chillies
  • leavesSome Coriander
  • 1 spoonsalt
  • 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  • As required Oil for shallow fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a fine paste of Besan and add chopped onion, chilli, coriander leaves and spices.

    Spread oil on heated tawa. Spread Besan batter on tawa and let it roast on low flame.

    Flip and cook both sides with little oil.

    Serve it with green or red chutney.
