In a bowl add all dry ingredients and set aside.

In another bowl pour the milk add the egg and mix.

Pour the milk into the dry ingredients and mix very well, put on the board and mix well.

After mixing put in a bowl cover with kitchen towel or cling film. Set aside for 1 hour to double in size

After an hour bring out from the bowl and massage very well.

On a clean board cut a bit of the dough and roll it flat (thin) use your knife and cut a triangle shape.

Start rolling down from the part that is big down to the small part of the dough and give it a curve (please check my picture for more understanding)

Once you're done rolling place them in a baking tray brush the top of the bread with egg and bake in the oven until it is brown the way you want it. Note= while the bread is still baking in the oven you can quickly bring it out from the oven and give it a second egg brush for extra shin on the body of the bread just like mine in the picture.

(Note= you can double the ingredients if you want the bread in a large quantity)
