Dry roast the chillies, peanut and sesame. Coarsely grind to powder.

Make small pieces of mango and crush it. Crush onion. Can corasly grind in mixer but it will not taste good. when prepared with stone pesel and mortar texture and taste will be very good.

Mix Masala powder, onions, salt and crush.
- 4
Add mango and mix well with crushing. Serve with rice and ghee.
