Semolina cutlet
Steps

Heat ghee in a wok.saute semolina for 2 minute on medium flame.now add milk in it.make paste as like upma. Switch off the gas.

After that grade the paneer. Add salt,garam masala, onion and green chilli in it.mix it.now take 1 small ball of semolina paste and fill the paneer mixture in it.give cutlet shape.cover with bread crumble.

Now fry it in oil on medium flame.or shallow fry in non stick pan.I made both types.now serve with chutney or sauce.
