Steps

Boil potatoes and mash them.

Now make a powder of sabudana in a blender, and mix with potatoes

Add cumin powder and salt and mix well and make a dough with it

Now, make small balls out of it and place one ball between two plastic sheets and roll it like a papad. do not roll very thin as it will break

Now, place the papad on a greased plate or tray and put them in sunlight for 2 days.

They are ready. they can be stored and fry later
