  • पिसता - 4 ग्राम
  • काजू पिसता सजाने के लिए

    बूंदी, गुड, मावा बताये गये भार में मापे

    एक पैन में धी गर्म करें गुड और पानी डाले, उबाल आने पर मावा डाले के अच्छे से मिलायें

    मावा मिलाकर इलायची पाउडर व पिसता काजू डाले 1 मिनट पकने दे, सांचे पे घी लगाये

    गैस बन्द कर के बूंदी डाले और अच्छे से मिलायें, मिकचर को सांचे में ढालने, अच्छे से दबाये

    काजू पिसता से सजाये, सेट करने के लिए फ्रिज में 30 मिनट तक रखे, फ्रिज से निकाल कनारे से निकाल कर सांचे को उल्टा कर दे

    थपथपा कर मिकचर निकाले (आप इस मिकचर से लड्डू भी बना सकते है) मिकचर को काटे, बूंदी मीठाई तैयार है (बिना चीनी बोहोत आसान)
