Masala Lachha parantha
Steps
- 1
Take a bowl and add refined flour, salt, melted butter, black pepper and dry coriander in it and mix all well. Make a smooth dough with lukewarm water.
- 2
Keep the dough to rest for 20 minutes. Now make small balls of this dough and roll each ball on rolling board to make a big sized chapati. Spread some melted butter on it and dust some refined flour too.
- 3
Cut this chapati into strips and roll again to make striped ball.
- 4
Roll this ball into a chapati with less pressure on it.
- 5
Now heat a pan and cook chapati on it. Once chapati is cooked from both sides apply ghee on chapati to make parantha. Layer will be separated by itself after it is cooked well.
- 6
Serve hot with any curry and enjoy the lachha parantha.
