Ingredients

  • 3 cupsFlour
  • 2 tbspSugar
  • 1egg
  • 1/4 cupButter
  • 1 tbspyeast
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 cupwarm and vegetable oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix butter,sugar,salt and flour 2geda.Dissolve yeast in warm water and pour and yeast solution in the flour mixture.Mix 2geda into a smooth dough nd allow it rise for 30mins.Roll out and cut using a doughnut cutter and allow it to rise again for 20mins and Fry in vegetable oil.
