I have a sweet tooth......trying out something different.
Steps

Have your charcoal jiko ready and your baking Sufuria/Pan.

Blend the bananas and a glass of milk.

Put the sugar and blueband in a bowl and mix to make butter.

Pour the blended mixture in the bowl with the butter, add vanilla flavour and mix. Add the Cinnamon, and salt.

Now add the flour little by little and you fold it in. Alternate with milk little by little. Do this till all flour and milk are mixed in.

Continue folding in for like 10 minutes and in one direction.

Now, add the raising in and mix, then pour this mixture in your greased pan / Sufuria and place it on the Jiko with very little heat. Cover it, and put some hot charcoal on top of it and bake for 45 to 60 minutes. Check for readiness with a knife.

When well cooked, serve with a drink or beverage of your choice. Enjoy😘😘
