Soak the Rajma for at least 5 to 6 hours before cooking them. The soaked Rajma in a pressure cooker with salt and 2 cup water. Cook till Rajma is soft.Remove the pressure cooker from heat.

Take a mixcy jar and put it onions, Tomato, ginger, garlic, cumin and black pepper. And mix it properly.

Heat two tsp of oil in a pan on medium heat, once the oil is hot add the bay leaves. Add finally chopped onions, cook for 2 to 3 min till translucent. Add paste and cook till raw smell. Add the dry spices turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder. Also add the salt and mix.

Cook the spice for 2 min or till oil starts oozing from the sides. Add the cooked Rajma and mix. Add the water which is boiled the Rajma.

Cook the Rajma carry for 20 mins.
