Now mash aalu. Now add some salt, red chilli and aam chur on it. Now give it a shape of tikki and fry it in pan.

Now tikki is ready. Now cut patta gobi in nicely. Now cut tomato in circular pieces. Cut paneer in long shaped piece.

Now fry burger bread in pan. Now take it's base. Now first put patta gobi on it.

Now put one piece of onion, then one tikki, then another piece of onion, then tomato.

Now pour salt and spices on it and thenput burger's top on it and close it.

Now serve it in finishing plate and eat it
