Ingredients

  1. 500 GMbhindi
  2. 1 tspgaram masala
  3. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  4. 1 tspCoriander powder
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. to tasteRed chilli
  7. as neededOil
  8. 1/2 tspCumin seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut in 2 pieces bhindi

  2. 2

    In a wok heat oil add cumin,add bhindi and all spices mix and cover it

  3. 3

    Cook for 10 minute s or a bit tenderness in bhindi.
