6-7 small green chilli
to tasteSalt
1 tsplemon juice
2 tbspbesan / gram flour
1 tspRed chilli
1 tspcarom
1 pinchasafoetida
as neededOil for fry

Give a cut to green chilli,sprinkle salt and lemon juice keep aside

Now in a bowl mix besan and salt,asafoetida,red chilli and carom and make a batter with water
3

Dip one by one chilli in it and deep fry it in hot oil untill golden brown.
